Question- Where can I search for the most current listings?
Answer- You can search for properties listed with many different companies
throughout the Chicago area right from this site. Often times however, the best buys and
foreclosures never hit the market. If you have a specific property or type of property in mind,
don't hesitate to call or email me with a special request.
Question- Do I have to register to see listings?
Answer- NO! I believe you should not have to divulge personal information
to search for properties. If you want to sign up for daily updates you will have to register or you
can return to my site as often as you like.
Question- Where can I find out about the communities you cover?
Answer- The basic area I cover is the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago and the
surrounding areas. Some of the communities included are Algonquin, Arlington Heights, Barrington,
Barrington Hills, Buffalo Grove, Cary, Crystal Lake, Des Plaines, Elgin, Hawthorn Woods, Hoffman
Estates, Lake in the Hills, Lake Zurich, Long Grove, Mount Prospect, Palatine, Prospect Heights,
Rolling Meadows, Wheeling.

Question- How is the market?
Answer- The real estate market is always changing and very local. It is no
secret that the last couple of years have been difficult but there are still people moving every
day and I have been fortunate to help many people both buy and sell.
Question- Is there any mortgage money available?
Answer- Mortgage money is available and at very reasonable rates. The key
to getting a mortgage today is using a lender who is reputable and experienced. It is very
important that you evaluate lenders on more factors than just the rate. Also it is important to
understand the lenders guidelines. I am fortunate to work with some of the best mortgage lenders in
the area and will be glad to refer you to several.
